Our current LTG load from R&R no longer has
Policy "S" provisions for sublet work.(i.e.
radios,clusters,upholstery and trim,etc.)Has
GM stopped this policy ?? We are currently still claiming for it but have yet to see if the claims are paying.Anyone else experiencing the same concern ??

I covered problem this in the current issue of Warranty Dollars & Sense. As far as I've been told it was just an error of omission and should be updated in the future. Regardless of the LTG designation, the policy still has not changed and if you do have a claim bounce for excessive labor, I'd move the admin time over to OLH and resub.

Policy S has been removed from the labour time gude and is not an oversight. The 0.2 admin allowance still applies and can be claimed. The additional 0.3 also applies if the vehicle is taken to and from the sublet location by dealer personnel. The additional 0.3 only applies to stationary glass, upholstery and interior trim, and vinyl or convert. tops. Keep on the lookout for some clarificaton from the General of the labour ops the admin allowances pertain too. In the meantime refer to the GM P&P.

There is a listed bulletin 02-00-89-001 coming to dealership soon explaining it was indeed deleted and to review P & P to see where it is applicable. Seems to me another way in which GM might get to avoid paying this allowance since many dealers wont catch it on claiming these repairs. Lets face it so many miss it even with the policy S visible, so what makes me feel more now will lose out?
