Good Morning!
Well it looks like I will switch manufactures and will go to work for a Chrysler, Dodge Jeep store here in town. Did not get any good hits from GM stores, so thought it advantagous to go to work for someone. New store (building) with a great reputation. Gm seems to be very knowledgeable about service (used to be a Service Manager) and is willing to step out with new ideas and concepts.
I will keep my current screen name for now, and will get in and find out what I need to ask you guys about to learn how to deal with Chrysler.
When I get in, I will update my profile.

Congrats on the new change. Don't worry, Chrysler is pretty much as screwed up as GM is so your transition shouldn't be too hard!!! Sorry, as a Chrysler Service/Parts guy for the last 23 years, I can say that and smile!! Seriously, good luck, there are alot of Chrysler-Dodge guys on here that will be more than happy to help you if needed.
