What do you pay a tech for a L.O.F?

In our area business is not what it used to be.

Our lube rack guy quit last week. In order to keep the line techs busy the service manager has decided not to replace the lube rack guy. Line techs will do the LOF work from now on.

If you have a "regular" tech doing this type of work what do you pay him / her?

We pay our line tech's .4, although I think it should be more but since we charge the same as the quick lube down the street, that will never happen.
