GM rental payments

I am looking over the latest GM rental payment charts and a couple of thoughts just popped in my head - random thoughts really and I wondered if someone has found the answers:

(1) Where is the C/K truck on the list, I see the 800 and 3500HD, but not a standard truck. I assume it is group 2 vehicle?

(2) Why is a Envoy a group 3 vehicle but a Corvette and SSR is a group 2?

(3) What is a Chevrolet Classic? Is that just for fleets or Canada? Isn't this just an old style Malibu?

Just me wondering ...

1) the Silverado is the 800. C/K is not used anymore.

2)Envoy is a "Halo" Vehicle at this time.

3)The final old body Malibu's were badged as "Classic".
