You guys might not beleive this but it is the absolute truth.

Had a customer with aftermarket leather that we had installed at time of sale. Drivers seat had a split. Car is 2 years old.

Called the aftermarket vendor. He asked for the VIN and looked up original sale.

Here is what he said.....

"No problem. I'll order the new seat cover. Please give me all the customer contact info. We will get in touch with the customer and make all the necessary arrangements. Done deal"

I almost fell outta my chair !

No back-peddling, no argument, no excuses.

And then the alarm went off and you woke up, LOL.

Those kind are few and far between to be sure.
