Does anybody use a pre-paid program for oil changes? How does it work? Do you collect monies in F/I and do you hold the monies in an account or do you let the F/I Dept make the profits? Do you charge the holding account your normal price or due you bill it at a special price? I am just looking for someone that has a great program that works and the systems are in place. Any HELP would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance!!

Yes we have one... it sucks, we get raped on the expense and reap no benefits!

Once you start, you will be hard pressed to turn it off! Be careful, I would never voluntarily do it.

I have a phenomenal program that does exactly what you are looking for. It is a turn key program with all systems and procedures already in place.

The best part is your department is reimburesed at the full retail rate for each service.

As protocol of the forum, I do not want to solicit. If you would like more information, please email me at:

bsilcox,
I helped set up a dealer on a LOF program sold mainly in F/I, but customers could buy it at after the sale if they wanted. Lifetime oil changes for as long as they owned the car, works great for customer retention(number 1 in the zone)the down side is its like social security once started you cant stop. We used a holding account to offset the sale of the LOF change, last I heard they had 40k in the account. If you want give me a call 520-745-1000.
