So...in a nutshell, what are your thoughts on the program?

I think it will be well worth it. After the up front money there is no contract. You can cancel at any time with a thirty day notice. I called a few different dealerships on the program and all were very happy with it. The advisors and technicians all liked it also, and would not want to have to do with it. I will let you know after we go live on July 1st. I will be the first one to give it to you the way I see it, good or bad.

So far (on it for a few days now) My Parts Advisers love it 95 % of techs like it and Service Advisers though skeptical at first have found a sales they hadn't gotten in the past.

I sat through the presentation and it seemed a little clunky in terms of possible double entry. It also required the addition of several pc's in our shop for the techs to use. These do not appear to be a concern for the two of you. Am I wrong?

Just sat through the MPI presentation today. Have a few questions for you guys who are on the program. Have you seen a productivity increase in the shop? Are you paying the techs to perform the inspection? Are you using the program to follow up on declined service? If so how? It seems a little pricey to me, and with my Advisors averaging 2.5 per ro now I wonder if I will see enough of a gain to make it worthwhile.
