Owner Notification Programs

Just heard recently that Ford will begin to measure dealers ONP claims as measured warranty. There will be a separation of recall work vs ONP work. ONP work will be put into the catagory that is similiar to the work being performed (ex. 98B23-engine, etc). Have other dealers received this information yet? What do you think?
