GM Special Tools

I have inherited the care & feeding of the SST's. I have questions. I'm using Version 6 of the Kent/Moore software, and I have tons (literally!) of tools that aren't listed. What do most of you do with old/out-dated SST's? Is there any way to catalog them? How do you set up your tool rooms?
