We've been on DealerTrack/Arkona for about 7 years now. We found out that the DP is shopping with R+R and ADP again...and nobody is happy! We don't want to switch systems, and we sure don't want to pay any more than we are paying now.

Shopping doesn't necessarily mean you're switching, so don't panic yet.
