We have a guaranteee in place and thankfully we rarely have to use it-maybe 2 or three times in 8 years, all of our techs will always meet their guarantee, at slow times, they will either train or clean shop or whatever, we do not send them home, but we do tell them if they want to go home they may-most of the time-the technicians will decide themselves whether to go home of not. I feel if you send them home then you kind of defeat the purpose of a guarantee.
