Labor paid to tech but for some reason unsold. In most cases, it is either incorrect WIP bookings as Ed's article details or more likely technician guarantees.

any labor you paid out to the tech but didn't get paid for. the most common examaples i see are in the form of tech guarantees or warranty claims that were denied but you already flagged the tech.
