ADP vs Arkona Dispatch/ERO

I have a friend that works in a store that currently has the ADP Elite system. They use the ERO and Dispatch systems in ADP. They are getting ready to switch to Arkona. ADP is insistent that the ERO/Dispatch portion of Arkona is so bad that it is to the point of non-useable. Does anyone have any experience with the Arkona Dispatch/ERO system? If so care to offer an opinion?

I use the Arkona dispatch. Switched from ADP dispatch as well. I honestly don't remember too much from the ADP system anymore but, what I do remember is that it needed constant attention and overrides all day long. So does Arkona. I manage/monitor the dispatch myself all through the day and don't have any issues with it. Once all the setups(service groups, tech skills, labor op's ect..) are done, it's really not a bad system.
