I know there are others out there that got the big SeeYa from GM last year. I would like to know how is business after GM, what did you do to help keep all your customers, did you partner with a parts distributor, ie NAPA or Carquest? End is in sight, could use some encouragement.

We lost Chrysler and became a Napa Auto Care Center. It's been a very tough road but we have turned the corner and things are going in a positive direction. Service Net profit is at an all time high. We lost 4 techs and 3 parts advisors but we really were not going to need them all anyhow. Now have 2 parts people and 6 techs not including quick lube side. We are all makes and all models. Napa treats us REALLY well. We are gaining customers (on average) every week. The dealer that got our franchise just keeps screwing people over and they come back to us. If you have good customer retention and relations you can make it work. Keep us informed on how and what you guys do.
