We are a Dodge dealer that now handles the Sprinter vans (the big middle eastern looking ambulances!). It has cost me a small fortune in tools,parts and training. I have thought about implementing a higher labor rate for heavy truck work before and now I really think it is time. Anyone else out there charge variable labor rates? I already use a labor grid for general repairs but theres no law saying I can't have two. Thoughts?
