Warranty Wizard software

In the past, I have always used ADP Warranty Wizard to help get all the available time and correct operation codes etc in submitting our warranties.

I was courious if there are other software programs that would assist techs and warranty administrator to look up op-codes, times and find the available adds? What do you use?
