lube tech spiffs?

Depending on how your work flow is I think shops get better results out of the "hit this level and I'll spiff you $x for every additional you sell"
For instance, air filters is the most common spiff ... say a $1 a filter. I see better performance of saying you get $2 for every filter after 20 in a week. Or whatever hits your shop's performance history and objectives.
