Our dealer has just added the new GMIDMS system and we need to set-up the service pricing guide. I've been told locally this is a pain. Does anyone have any tips or experience on this?

Setting up the Price Guide is a relatively easy process. It does take time, as we need to make sure that the pricing matches what you charge for maintenance operations, and verify the information once its programmed into the system. If you are familiar with your pricing, it shouldn't take too long at all. If you would like, feel free to e-mail me with any specific questions you have, and I'll do my best to answer them.
