If I may add this point. The tricky part to any enhancement is the application process and who will be responsible for using it. With the ADP system it is apparent that accountabiity is a priority and I agree with that premise. However, the trade off is extra keystrokes to tell the tale and lots of users don't like that. Human nature dictates we will all plug in the most expedious response to move the process along without really questioning the accuracy. If advisors start "plugging in" op codes that blanketly include parts, sublets, misc charges etc things may get by without question. Many transactions may be applicable to that need but some are not. So, you create a situation where up front it moves the process forward but behind the scenes it slows it down. The balance is crucial since a customer may not question it upon payment but will upon reflection will give you a bad survey because they were charged for something that was part of a menu that the "order taker" punched a button for. Sort of like fast food restaurants we don't like. Great premise but questionable application. Sorry to be an idealog but it is important to examine applications.
