dollars , hours and parts per RO by advisor

I am new @ service and using ADP,Is there a canned report or an english statement that provides service advisor performance information .

Function RAP (Report Advisor Productivity) is a very good set of reports. My personal favorite is the Summary by Advisor showing hours/dollars per RO for parts and labor by labor-type and effective labor rate.
