exporting customer list

Does anyone know the steps for pulling a customer list of those who were in the shop 6-7 months ago but haven't been back. If you know for ADP and R+R that would be great.

Use the SERINDEX file where the selection criteria is LAST RO DATE LESS THAN OR EQUAL MM/DD/YYYY or OFST LAST RO DATE LESS THAN OR EQUAL 180.

You can also use 3064 to create a work file for use in FOLLOWUPWORK file.

With ADP
Use the VEHICLES file and use the LTDATE, which is the last time the vehicle was in for service or the date it was added from sales.
If you include the DELIVERY-DATE in your report, you can easily see if the LTDATE and DELIVERY-DATE are the same.

Let me know if this is enough to go on.
