Drive Sure, anyone using it? It's a $4.95 added expense to each oil change. They must get an oil change every 120 days at your dealership. In return, the customer has 24/7 roadside (in which the broken down vehicle would go to your store), 1 day rental car ($30), and road hazard tire protection (up to $150). We are thinking about using it and was wondering if anyone has any expirence with it?

At the dealership I was at before, we used KREX. Great product, very affordable, and the peace of mind that your customer will receive is priceless. ask them about Aquapel, awesome product!

Anyone can offer benefits. Even you. What does it do for you. If it can't encoruage the customer to return to your dealership for service (retention), it isn't worth it. If you do it, are you willing to provide the manpower to adminster it? Do you have the experience and funds to take it on? How is is offered to the customer? Is it an upsell? I so, how do you determine who gets it and who doesn't. your service advisors have enough to sell today. If it isn't complimentary like topping off all fluids, it probably won't work. Just one opinion.
