My friend has used ruby carpet extractor and he told me that Ruby has a specially engineered, reduced-water-pressure pump and a powerful 1HP vacuum motor that creates a cyclonic action to rinse away stains. I think GM's carpet cleaner is used in ocean country but I don't have knowledge of GM's "Ruby" carpet cleaner.
