Svc mgr new to computers

Finally got my service mgr to put a computer on his desk(never touched one before). Any suggestions on some simple functions and reports that I could start him out with on ADP?

We're going to WebSuite at the end of March, which will give him easy point and click access, but I just want to get his fingers on the keyboard a little bit between now and then.

how has he avoided computers for so long ?
