Our DMS just "updated" our system and now, we can no longer easily tell a customer when there last oil change was or how long it has been since there tires were rotated. We also lost our ability to sort our view of open appointments by date or name. It turns out this update has been out for months and they still havent fixed what they broke. They last time they broke the system we had to drop the last letter of the last name in order to look up a customer. How does your DMS compare?
