could someone list there write up process which includes the walk around with customer at vehicle thanks

1. acknowledge customer and begin write-up within 5 minutes of arrival.
2. make sure customer's info, address, telephone # are current, get signature.
3. address customer's needs for transportation.
4. walk-around, note damage to vehicle and have customer initial.
5. review ro with customer, make any additions to work order, ask for best time to call, note it on ro.
