How many service managers use indirect labor with ADP-ERO?

Looking for examples that you have used to warrant the use of indirect labor?

Our dealership uses it. We mainly use it when a tech has a couple vehicles tore down, and is waiting on parts. If he knows parts will be there in the relatively near future, we'll have him clock in indirect until his parts show up. Sometimes a tech will be done with his last repair for the day and only have another 30 mins or so before his shift is up, so he'll clock on indirect for the rest of the day. Basically, its a catch all when there isn't a vehicle to repair.
