What is everyone doing in the regard to service reminders sent to customers.I used Newgen several years ago and seemed to work ok.We just started a DBC center but right now it's only used for sales.I don't get many hits on our service Website.

Have you tried Dealer Product Services? They are on the web at dpscrm.com and have a great program that uses all available technologies.

I have an in house system for reminders, and use a third party for specials.
