Does anyone have a strong phone script for service maintenance reminder & follow ups
willing to share

Do you plan on doing this in-house or are you using an outside company? I've got some ideas for you, but wondered how you plan to approach this. Do you have telemarketing laws in Canada like we have here in the U.S.? You have to be careful not to step on anyone's toes.

The plan is to be done in-house. Yes, we do have telemarketing rules, however very liberal in what one can do.
