Looking for suggestions on training Service Advisors. The number one sales person in the dealership is the Service advisor. I have in place everything needed, Electronic Service Menus, Electronic Vehicle Inspection Reports, Walk Arounds, Objectives for each, pay plans with bonuses, and SPIFFS, Motivated Service Mgr's and more. What I am looking for is the the person, company, process that actually trains them to SELL, overcome customer objections, stay focused on what really needs to be done to the customer car and SELL IT!!! I know it is all about communication skills and that is what needs to be developed. Look forward to your responses.
