WE ARE CURRENTLY PAYING OUR APPRENTICE HOURLY...BUT HAVING PROBLEMS MEETING OBJECTIVES. NEED SUGGESTIONS ON PAY PLANS FOR APPRENTICE AND TECHNICIANS SO THEY HAVE AN INCENTIVE TO MEET OBJECTIVES...

How about paying your apprentice on flat rate with a gaurantee. If he hits his objective he gets a bonus per hour. If not, he gets a flat 40 (or whatever). Also, pay your master tech x amount for every hour your apprentice turns.
