Does any one know of a qualified firm that looks after warranty (as a service) of GM / Saturn stores for the Canadian market ?

Please drop me an email if you represent one of these firms.

Thank you

Are you looking for someone to process and get the claims for you or just monitor your warranty controls?

Johnny o, 6 months ago I switched to WPI Warranty Processing Inc. I have found them to be a good solution to our problems.(After checking out 4 other companies) GM's P&P states RO's are not to leave the building, we scan RO's front and back to WPIusing our casher. To my knowlege they are the only company doing this when I reseached this topic.815-398-2500
Hope this helps...

I would caution you to take it slowly with WPI. We are cleaning up a huge mess created by WPI. Now we are on a system that they had not used before but it is very simple. We have never had problems with our warranties until they took over. I will be surprised if we don't get audited. If you do try them however I would suggest going month to month instead of a yearly contract. Good luck and I do know of another company, I'll try to get info for you.

Gosh, be nice on the friends of the moderator

Certainly there will probably be issues on any service provided to the dealership. I've had the advantage of (1) working as a service manager who subletted his warranty claims, (2) working as a claims administrator for a large processing company, and (3) for the last eight years in the position to see both sides and know most of the bigger companies.

So my few words of wisdom are: "the grass isn't greener..." Every service company will have people who love them and hate them (my own company included). My own biased but still honest opinion.

I have been using WPI for over 15 years and have never had an issue, as long as YOU stay on top of your warranty trends, and the guidance they give you. It is very important to get your claims paid in a very good amount of time and they have done a spectacular job of taking care of my claims! I highly recommend them!!
THANK YOU WPI
