If you have read the posts on the parts managers side, you know where they are on RIM.

Where are service managers on this? Has RIM helped you?

I have noticed more parts in stock! I think it works great. Like anything automatic, it requires maintenance.

What do you, the Service Manager, think of RIM....and....does your Parts Manager share the same opinion?
