I just saw a woman on "Who wants to be a millionare", she called herself a "warranty manager". I got a kick out of that. I have 10 years experience and agree with jwise67. You have to have the right person. A good warranty admin. can be hard to find. I have been lucky that I have had experienced every aspect of service.
