Dealership has been with R&R for over 20 years. Looking to switch to ADP - can anybody give me pro's or con's about adp vs. reynolds. I have not heard anything good about adp but I have have never used them.
Thanks

It seems to me that in ADP, the accounting functions are less cumbersome, but it's not quite as easy to navigate for the front line parts and service people. R&R is a bit more clear cut for the front line folks, but is not as user friendly for the accounting purposes. I have worked with both (and others) and there are positives for both systems. As always, things seem awkward when you make a systems switch, but both companies have good training and support available.
If you are a multi point dealer group, I certainly would suggest consistency in systems.
