I was wondering if anyone would like to share what they are paying service advisors. I know it varies by location car line ect.
I am paying an average of $60,000 per year for average performance advisors for a domestic car line.
Thanks in advance

We are in Central Florida. Our 4 advisors range from a low of 40K to 75K for the top performer.

I budget 5% of total sales to advisor pay.

Cadillac, Buick and Mitsubishi franchises.

I am in the heavy duty diesel engine business, but we only have 1 service advisor on dayshift for 13 techs... Then again, our average r/o is 7.5 hours and we only write up around 14 tickets during the dayshift. Our guy will make about $40,000 this year, with salary and bonus.
