Has anybody ever heard of a product called Shop Watch?

yes,i just did a demo on it last week.Pretty cool product with lots of flexability.It has lots of features that are designed to keep your personel in their workstations and producing.I only found one thing i didnt like as well as the system i currently use but dont think i will let that stop us from going to it.

We use QuickTrac which give us live sales and production for all service advisors and techs. To me it compares to what the teams see in the pits during a Formula 1 race...plus I can monitor it from virtually anywhere that I have an internet connection. The data and features are like nothing else that exists.
