It is difficult to know ho is GM and who is not. With so many new poeple with 0 experience, case in point is our new parts DSM whose previous experience was property management. She worked at our dealership for about a week. She is very bright and am sure she will do a great job once she has the experience factor under her belt. But right now there is a real lack of experience situation going on. But we must be patient. I am very please so far with the team work or DSMs have. This is one thing I think they did right
