Our detail shop manager has been with us for several years but has never been to any formal training on detailing cars (other than what the product vendors offer). Can anyone recommend detail training programs (non-vendor sponsored) or sources of best practices used by the best shops?

We are first interested in making sure we are using the most efficient and effective techniques. Then improving the management of the operation.
