For the past year, I have implemented, and administered a very effective in-house service reminder system for our dealership. We have averaged about 1300 "letters" per month, with a true measureed response averaging 21%! It is no computer programing, but the use of two computer programs to get a desired result. I will be placing on the internet very soon examples of what I do, and if you are interested, send me an email and once I have it up, I will email you the link and you can check out our sucessful SR program.
