Looking for good Service Menu Layout ideas

I have been service manager at a Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep store for just about a year. Our service menus have always been out of date and have gotten little response from customers. I would like some help on design layouts for service menus as we are ready to redesign ours.

Any help is appreciated.

Have you considered setting up the recommended maintenance table in your system and having it print on the RO?

This way its a custom selling tool for each customer.

My only caution is setting up a table that recommends so many things that it scares the customer away.

I think the solution here is often an easy one, but many tend to over think it and try to reinvent the wheel.

Do you EVERY factory scheduled PM list for EVERY vehicle you service ready to hand to the customer in seconds complete with the exact price for that service?

Maybe you do, but many do not. A solid system where this is professionally offered to the customer will often work very nicely.
