I'm wanting to know if any of you all are using REY/REY XT. I've been told by reynolds that it is working fine, however others are telling me it don't work. Any help with this matter will be welcomed. Thanks

You must be referring to the XT Advanced Reporting?
It's great, if you are into that sort of thing. Tons of reports, and more ability to customize just about anything report wise. I use everyday, it has way more pwer than what I am using it for, but it does make getting info alot easier and faster, at least for me.
I do know one of the other SM in our group is a report nut, he loves it too. Problem with him is he gets seriously bogged down, makeing, tweaking and redesigning spreadsheets and such. For such ones, it is better not to have it

We just got the system and I think it works great. I found an RO that was about 10 years old and never closed. It did not show on any reports that were previously run. Like flyboy said you can find yourself in the reports for a long time if your not careful!

I too have XT. It is great. I have gone back 5 years and printed finicial statements to help as I enter my 2nd year at this dealership. Just like flyboy, oldsfan and Old Irish have said, it's good. Lots of info that can't be gotten from the normal Reynolds reports. Play with it, get trained. It's not really that hard to learn.
