Posted: Tue Apr 14, 2009 7:49 pmWell, I get out my darts and my rubber chickens, throw a few darts at the board, do a voodoo dance with the chickens and sacrifice a bottle of 5W20 synthetic...lol. Actually, I pretty much use the same formula as Darrell except I add 10 points instead of 8. Cheers!!

Posted: Thu Apr 16, 2009 12:10 pmAre you looking for something to build a forecast for an entire year - based on historical performance data? Such as: Repair Orders by pay type, Hrs per RO by pay type, ELR by pay type, planned RO growth by pay type and parts to labor ratio by pay type?
