Does anyone have info on a POS machine that allows you to get a customer credit in a very short time frame at the service or parts counter. I had this at my previous store and we had the ability to dp 90 days same as cash ( at a cost) or allow the customer to "finance" the service bill he may be surprised with.

What did the device do?
Did the service pay you immediately, then assume the recievable of the customer?

You would enter basically name / address / ss# and would get approval and $ limit or decline almost instantly. It was thru BancOne which is gone or merged.
