Looking for the name of an outside company to train a new warranty claims clerk

Since this is a service that our company offers then the only fair way to handle vp's question is to e-mail him directly.

To keep this playing field fair for all players any posts from companies will probably be removed. Legitimate posts of testimony might be considered.

I encourage competing companies to send their information to vp as I have done. Thanks for everyone's understanding.

There is almost nobody out there that can provide the service that you are looking for.
I ran into the same problem and found no one local to help. The only people are folks like Rob which is fine if you can afford to spend big bucks.... Sorry Rob...
