I am interested in hearing from anyone who is or has used this system. We are considering replacing our current system and need unbiased input.
Thanks

We are a dual Ford/Chrysler dealer with a volume of 80 to 120 new and used vehicles per month. We have used Adam (DOS version)for about five years and have been very satisfied. We use everything except their F&I and pay about $900 per month in support. We run it on a NetWare LAN and use DirectPC satellite for Internet access for about 25 users. It works well but lacks some features I would like to have. Unfortunately, the alternatives don't seem very attractive. Because I will have to do some hardware upgrades, I have been looking around a bit. I can't get ADP or R&R to even make a sales call so can't imagine what their service would be like. From what I can determine, I would have to pay $3500 to $5000 for the same number of users for their systems. They do have features that I would like (I went to visit R&R drove 2 hours to do so and they don't return my calls!) but it just doesn't seem worth the expense.
Adam now has a Windows version that we will likely upgrade to in the future when it has been in the field a little longer.
