Despite your issues with your current system (if it offers dispatching), wouldn't a program integrated with appointments, write-up, booking, etc. still be a whole bunch better than a stand-alone solution?

ADP offers the finest Dispatch System available to automobile dealerships. Even though it is not stand-a-lone, you should not wait to upgrade your system. You are wasting thousands of dollars each month by not dispatching your inventory of labor properly.

Auto/Mate Dealership Systems (Automate.com) offers a simplified version of ADP's ERO. They had to develop it to get a large ADP GM Mid Atlantic-based dealer who already had ERO with ADP. He has been very happy with the results. Total monthly support for this is $136/mo.
