We just signed up for the program.I could use some feedback from anyone who has been up & running for a while.
What are you charging the UCD for the inspection?
Do you use only A-Techs?
Who does the appearance standards inspection?
These are just a few of the hurdles I am anticipating.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On our Chrysler Certified Pre-owned we charge ucd 1.5 at normal flat rate, use A and B techs, Sales manager checks appearance standards, manuals, etc.

We charge 1.3 hours
We do all of our used car detailing in-house, so the detailers do the appearance inspection.

Our techs A-C perform the UCI. Our detail dept does the appearence insp. ucd mgr has to sign off when finishe.
we charge 1.3 for uci. certified is 1.5 + .3 for lof. Details vary from $15.00 to $179.95. UCD Mgr determines which one it needs. I set the details up in the form of a menu along with a sheet for UCD to check of. Also have an ala cart for the misc to add to the lower menu's.
