Does anyone know how to re-print the needed Repair Order copies that include the technician time and the labor sale amount that I need to submit to Chrysler to get a warranty rate increase?

I think 3615 gives you what you need.

Do you mean something other that the ALRI?
If ALRI is what you mean, check bulletin D-08-28, was an e-mail about it on 10/06.

I usually construct a quick report in 6910 showing tech hours paid and labor sales to get an effective rate, put the file on hold and use report wizard to bring into excel to look for the best sample I can get. Then I find it is easiest to use document archiving ... if you have it ... to reprint a group of ro's. Otherwise it is 3651 and reprinting them one at a time.

Since I have to do this often enough, I use a program called AutoIt to make a macro that does all the keystrokes for me ... but that is pretty full on computer geek stuff.
