Havent been a Ford Service Director for 10 years - General Motors. I know its a big question, but what has changed over the years? Fordstar? AcessII? I know warranty is going to a 30 day window and I know Ford is tougher on warranty than it used to be. Anything else an interviewing manager ought to know?
